Jaroud washable pads are designed for everyday pet care and home protection. They can be used as potty pads, feeding mats, crate liners, whelping pads, car seat covers, sofa protectors, entryway mats, or anywhere your pet may leave moisture, dirt, or mess.

2. Are the pads reusable?

Yes. Jaroud pads are reusable and washable, making them a practical alternative to disposable pads. After use, simply wash, dry, and use again.

3. How do I wash the pad?

For best results, shake off loose dirt or debris first. Machine wash with mild detergent on a gentle cycle, then air dry or tumble dry on low heat if allowed by the care label.

Avoid bleach, fabric softener, or high heat, as these may affect the pad’s performance and durability.

4. Can I use the pad for potty training?

Yes. Jaroud washable pads are suitable for puppy potty training, senior pets, and pets that need extra indoor protection. They help protect floors while giving your pet a comfortable and reusable surface.

5. Can the pad be used under food and water bowls?

Yes. The pad can be used as a feeding mat to help protect your floor from spills, crumbs, and water splashes.

6. Will the pad match my home decor?

Jaroud pads are designed to look more like stylish home rugs than ordinary disposable pet pads. They are made to be functional while still fitting naturally into your home.

7. How long does shipping take?

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping: $9.99, estimated delivery time 7–12 business days
Free Standard Shipping: available on orders over $69
Express Shipping: $19.99, estimated delivery time 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed over to the carrier. If you need help checking your order status, please contact us at support@jaroud.com with your order number.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us first at support@jaroud.com. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

At this time, Jaroud currently ships within the United States only.
