At Jaroud, we want your order to be delivered safely and smoothly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping fee: $9.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $69

Express Shipping

  • Shipping fee: $19.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders after discounts and before any applicable taxes or additional fees.

Express shipping is not included in the free shipping offer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Jaroud is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, refused delivery, or failure to receive the package, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, building office, neighbors, or local carrier office first.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and item. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution after verification.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will try our best to help. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
